Privacy Notice

This notice explains what data Moxipup (operated by ALTAVANCE MEDIA COMUNICACAO E PUBLICIDADE LTDA., a company registered in Brazil) collects when you use moxipup.online, and why.

1. What we collect

• Your quiz answers and progress (puppy's name, age, schedule, daily log). These are stored only in your own browser (local storage). They are not sent to our servers.
• Purchase data. Payment is handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email, billing country and payment details, and shares with us the order details we need to deliver the Product and help you. We never see your full card number.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, quiz steps, clicks on the checkout button). Google sets cookies to do this.
• Site usability. We use Microsoft Clarity to see, in aggregate, how visitors use the page (clicks, scrolling and anonymized session replays) so we can fix what is confusing. Text you type is masked, and Clarity sets cookies to do this.
• Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram: it records page views, clicks on the checkout button and completed purchases (order value and an order ID, never card details), and Meta sets cookies to do this. When you buy, our server also sends the purchase to Meta through the Conversions API: the order value and ID, your email address in hashed (scrambled) form, and the Meta cookie IDs and browser type from your visit. Meta may use this data to show our ads to people more likely to be interested.
• Your email, if you ask for the free Day 1 schedule. We store it with your quiz answers and use it to send that schedule and up to 3 follow-up emails with training tips and an offer for the Plan, over about 5 days. We stop as soon as you buy or click Unsubscribe in any of them. The emails are sent through Resend, our email provider, and the list is kept on our own automation server. We do not sell or share it.
• Emails you send us at support@moxipup.online.

2. Why we use it

To deliver the Product, provide support and process refunds, to improve the site, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

3. Who we share it with

Paddle (payments and invoicing), Google (analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement). We don't sell your personal data.

4. How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Data in your browser stays there until you clear it.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing support@moxipup.online. If you live in the EU, UK, California or another place with privacy laws, you have the rights those laws give you, including complaining to your local data protection authority. To opt out of Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel, you can block cookies in your browser settings, use Google's opt-out add-on, or adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

6. Children

The Product is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 16.
