1. What you are buying

The 14-Day Puppy Plan ("the Product") is a digital product sold by Moxipup, a brand operated by ALTAVANCE MEDIA COMUNICACAO E PUBLICIDADE LTDA., a company registered in Brazil. It includes:

• an interactive web app with a 14-day potty and biting routine set to your puppy's age and daily schedule;
• a 15-page printable guide (PDF);
• a one-page printable cheat sheet (PDF).

Access is instant after payment. Nothing is shipped, and the Product does not include calls, coaching, or one-on-one support from a trainer.

2. Payment and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in US dollars; Paddle calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live.

3. Your license

You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own household. Please don't resell, share publicly, or republish it.

4. Educational content, not veterinary advice

The Product is general education about puppy training, based on public guidance from the American Kennel Club, the ASPCA, Humane World for Animals and the AVSAB. Moxipup is not affiliated with or endorsed by these organizations. The Product is not veterinary or behavioral advice and does not replace your vet. If you are worried about your puppy's health or behavior, talk to your vet or a certified behavior professional.

5. No guaranteed results

Every puppy is different. Housetraining usually takes weeks to months; the Product helps you build the daily routine, and we can't guarantee a specific result in a specific time.

6. Refunds

Covered by our Refund Policy: a full refund on request within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
