If the 14-Day Puppy Plan isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and you'll get your money back in full. No questions asked, and no need to return anything.

How to ask

• Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net and look up your order, or
• email us at support@moxipup.online with the email address you used at checkout.

Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, processes all refunds. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

Whatever you already downloaded is yours to keep. Access to the web app ends when the refund is issued.
